Dre’s Note: Story time - a couple weeks ago I reached out to a small business to have my candles in their store. I have quite a few customers in the area and their boutique seemed like a perfect fit! They said although my candles are beautiful they were too expensive for their customers. If this had been one or two years ago I would have CRUMBLED into the earth and questioned my existence as a business owner because my solar plexus was not free flowing. I had little self-worth, wishy washy boundaries, and low self-esteem.
I hadn't realized how much growth I had in this area until I read that message and felt empowered and validated KNOWING how much effort I put into business and its products - I almost cried happy tears over this realization. Knowing our worth and what we bring to the table is EVERYTHING.
ANYWAYS if you are feeling like you aren't enough (which, you are queen, so put that crown on, baby) I highly encourage you to get some sun (with spf, of course) or wear gold/yellow. Yoga and meditation helps always but if you're needing a quick fix feel that sun's glow, baby!
